STEP Scholarship Scheme for an Inclusive TVET System in Jordan (STEP)
The STEP Scholarship Scheme for an Inclusive TVET System in Jordan (STEP) aims to facilitate access to and support the successful completion of post-secondary technical education for vulnerable Jordanian youth while enhancing their employability through additional skills development opportunities.
Funded by the European Union and implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the programme offers fully funded scholarships for up to 130 vulnerable Jordanian youth to pursue a two-year intermediate technical diploma. Women and persons with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply.
The programme is implemented in cooperation with Al-Balqa Applied University, Al al-Bayt University, and Tafila Technical University in the following fields of study: Renewable Energy, Information Technology, Smart Agriculture, Hospitality, and Nursing.
